A win-win situation for Rousse Fontaine

Our PowerRing plant in Rousse Fontaine is an example of our commitment to renewable energy and generates an impressive output of 247 Nm³/h. The biomethane generated is injected directly into the local gas grid, providing the region with clean, sustainable energy. The plant, which covers an area of 3,6 ha, is supplied by 25 local farms that deliver around 41,500 tonnes of organic waste every year. The feedstock consists of 75 % agricultural waste and 25 % agricultural catch crops. This collaboration with the farmers makes it possible to effectively utilize their organic waste and produce high-quality biofertilizer for their fields - a win-win situation that contributes to the regional circular economy.
