BIOGEST France successfully certified with the Qualimétha® label
BIOGEST France certified as holder of biogas process batch
Qualimétha® recognizes good practices in the biogas sector
BIOGEST lists 1 biogas and 9 biomethane plants in France
Puteaux / Change: The labeling committee of the Club Biogaz of ATEE has certified BIOGEST France as a holder of the Qualimétha® biogas process batch. The certification recognizes BIOGEST’s good practices and services in the biogas sector in France. The certification process was successfully completed at the beginning of June allowing BIOGEST France to use the Qualimétha® label in its communication and showcasing its efforts. The label is valid for three years.
ATEE developed the Qualimetha® label to strengthen the design and construction practices in France, thus, making biogas facilities more reliable. Since the beginning of 2020, the Qualimetha® label is in commercial deployment. Besides promoting the biogas sector, it also responds to the idea of sustainable agriculture, providing project leaders with reliable solutions and giving visibility to market players committed to a quality approach.
France is one of the most attractive European markets for biogas and biomethane and has regulated processes for green gas projects. To date, BIOGEST France has completed 9 biomethane and 1 biogas plant project. The latter is the biggest agricultural biogas plant in France, where the BIOGEST PowerRing technology became the solution for solid manure, including stover. The energy generated supplies the public grid as well as about 8,500 households.
